研究简介 |
主要从事低维纳米半导体材料与器件的设计、纳米材料的磁性和光电性质的调控与机理研究。近五年承担国家自然科学青年基金和山东省自然科学面上基金各一项,参与多项国家和山东省自然科学基金的研究工作;发表高水平SCI论文十余篇;获山东高等学校优秀科研成果奖一等奖一项,三等奖多项。 承担的项目: (1)CdS低维纳米结构的自旋极化及光电性质的调控机理研究,2014.01-2016.12,国家自然科学基金。 (2)二维拓扑材料电子结构调控与机理研究,2019.07-2022.06,山东省自然科学基金。 发表的高水平SCI论文: (1) Xing-kai Hu, Ying-xin Ma, Zhao-xia Pang, Ping Li(通讯作者), Robust band gap topological insulators of SbS and SbSH,Chemical Physics,523 110-113,2019.
